Tuur does not facilitate, mediate, or guarantee any transaction between guides and clients. Guides and clients arrange and conduct tours independently. Tuur is not a party to any agreement between them.
Guide profiles, tour descriptions, prices, and availability are provided by the guides themselves. While we verify guide identities, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information. Clients should confirm details directly with guides before booking.
Tuur is not liable for the quality, safety, or content of any tour listed on the platform. Guides are responsible for their own services, including compliance with local regulations, insurance, and licensing requirements.
Reviews are submitted by clients who have taken tours. We moderate reviews for spam and abuse but do not verify the factual accuracy of each review. Guides may respond to reviews publicly.
